Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery is generally 7–15 business days, depending on your location, shipping carrier, and customs processing. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, peak seasons, or other unforeseen delays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your shipment at www.17track.net or through the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.
We offer worldwide shipping, although delivery availability may vary depending on local logistics restrictions. If we are unable to ship to your location, our customer support team will contact you promptly to discuss available options.
Shipping fees are displayed during checkout before payment is completed. Promotional offers such as free shipping may be available from time to time.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Address changes can only be made before the order enters processing or shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
Orders may be shipped to an address different from your billing address, provided the shipping information is entered correctly during checkout.
Orders are processed on business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next available business day.
To provide faster delivery, products may be shipped from different fulfillment centers or warehouse locations depending on inventory availability and your delivery destination. In some cases, items within the same order may arrive separately.
