Return Policy

At 𝒄𝒛𝒉𝒂𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒕𝒉𝒚™, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 180 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags. Once your return has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. If preferred, you may also choose an exchange for the same or another eligible item.

Please note that Final Sale items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To begin a return, simply contact our customer support team at service@czheallthy.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with the appropriate return instructions.

Please package your item securely to help prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging whenever possible. If it is unavailable, please use suitable protective packaging and remove or cover any previous shipping labels before sending your package.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund or exchange. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, while exchanges will be shipped as soon as the replacement item is available.
